As you know, we are working with a school in Coventry, England. The English students are learning Spanish as we are learning English. So, to make our English useful, we will have a videoconf. with them. But you will need to be one of the winners. In class, you have to gather in groups of 4-5 students and write a Powerpoint about the Olympic games which took place in Barcelona '92.
You can write about:
- History of the Olympic games
- The city of Barcelona
- The Olympics in Barcelona
- The location of the stadiums
- The Spanish (and Catalan) medalists
- Other aspects you find relevant.
You will finish with a Conclusion and some Bibliography.
You will have a maximum of 25 pages to do your works and they must be finished after Easter Holidays, as you will have to show your powerpoints to the class the last week of April.
If you are the winning team in your class you will be able to do the videoconference with the English students, and the BEST thing is that.... YOU COULD GO TO ENGLAND next course and visit them!
